To-Do tasks can be assigned to any family member who is the Family Group Owner, Family Manager, or Family Reunion Organizer.
The Family Group Owner, Family Managers, and Reunion Organizers are listed on the Family Managers page. To see a list of family members assigned to these roles, click Family Managers on the navigation menu.
To create your first To-Do List for your new reunion, go to your sidebar menu and click on Manage under REUNION.
2. Scroll down until you see Family Reunion Process Guide. Under Create To-Do Assignments, click on To Do List.
3. You will be taken to the To Do List section of your reunion.
4. Scroll down until you see Reunion Management. Here you will see a Demo Task ready for you to explore and edit.
5. Click on EDIT. A form will pop up where you can edit the information and make it your first reunion task.
NOTE. Since this is a reunion related To Do list, make sure you select the Reunion Management category.
6. Click SAVE. Your new task has been created and is now on your Reunion Management To-Do list.
You can repeat this step for as many tasks as you need by scrolling up and clicking on Add New To Do Item. You can also export your To Do Lists as a .csv file by clicking EXPORT.
