The Edit Profile function is an administrative function that is performed by a Family Group Owner, Family Manager, or Reunion Organizer. This form is only available for Pending Platform and Off Platform users. The FGO/FM/RO may update this form to add or update an email address (initiates the Invite a Family Member process), add a birth date, and birthplace, mark a family member as deceased, and add a death date, and death place. Please note that the form must contain an email address (required) to add or update the Mobile Number field.

1. On the Family Directory page, find the Off Platform or Pending user you want to modify and click the three-dotted line. Select Edit Info.

Note. The Edit Info option is not available for On Platform users.

2. The Edit Profile form is displayed. Add and edit fields as desired. When done, click Update.

If an email is added, and the Allow this family member to claim this profile to join the family group (Requires their email address) is selected, the system will send a Join the Family Group email message. If the Mobile Number field contains a phone number, the system will generate an SMS message, too.
