1. On the Navigation Bar, select Family News under SOCIAL.
2. On the top right corner, click on Compose.
3. Fill out the form and compose your message.
4. Scroll down to select the family members you wish to share this message with. Select the empty checkbox next to their name.
Note: If you want to share this message with everyone in your family, click the empty checkbox next to Actions. This will select every member as a recipient. You can also use the Find Current Member to locate a specific member and select them as recipients.
5. Once ready, click Save.
6. Your message will be saved in the Manage News Items tab. Click here to access your message.
7. If you wish to make edits before publishing, click Update. If you are ready to spread the news, click Publish.
8. Your family members will receive the family news as an email. If their profile contains a mobile number, they will receive an SMS, too.
How can we view News that have been shared with us on the platform?
1. On the Navigation Bar, select Family News under SOCIAL.
2. Under Published Family News, click on View Details on the news you'd wish to read.
3. The message will open on a popup window.
