How can I create a To-Do list for my reunion?

The To-Do list allows for tasks to be created in an organized manner that is assigned to family managers.

This feature is accessible by only the Family Group Manager, Family Manager, Reunion Organizer, or a family member who is assigned as a host of a reunion activity.

The To-Do list allows for tasks to be created in an organized manner that is assigned to family managers. Using the to-do list option drop-down menu, the administrative user is able to create and assign tasks to be completed by specific times with descriptions, in which, other administrative users are able to receive notifications and log onto the app to view the task or confirm that they have completed the task. The FGO, FM, RO, or activity host may export the To-Do list to Microsoft Excel.

1. In the Navigation Bar head to To-Do List under REUNION.

2. To add new items to your To-Do list(s) click on Add New To Do Item in the top right corner.

3. Fill out the Create New Task form. Select which category you want this task to be assigned under. Click Add Task. Repeat as many times as needed for all of your tasks.

4. Once added, the task(s) will show up under the category assigned to them.

5. You can come back to this page to edit your existing tasks by clicking on Edit directly on the task, and to add new tasks as needed.
