Cancel a Join the Family Group Invitation

If you’ve sent an invitation that no longer needs to be active—whether it was sent by mistake or the family member should no longer receive access—you can easily cancel it. This guide walks you through how to cancel any invitation.

1. Click "Family Groups".

2. Select the applicable Family Group.

3. Click on the Invitees section.

4. In the Invitees list, locate the invitee's record you want to cancel, and click the three dots on their record.

5. On the short menu, select Cancel invitation.

6. Confirm the cancel request.
