Inviting family members to join your private FamConnections group is quick, flexible, and designed to fit the way your family communicates.
Whether you prefer to share a link yourself or let us send the invitation for you, you can bring everyone into your family space in just a few steps.
This guide walks you through both options—copying and sharing your unique invite URL, or entering an email address so FamConnections can deliver the invitation directly—so you can choose the method that works best for your family.
1. Click "Invite Family"
Option 1: You Send an invitation link to family members.
2. To invite family by sending an invitation link, select the option under the You Send an Invitation Link to Family Members section.
3. Select a family group.
4. Click "Copy Invite Link." The link will be copied to your clipboard. Paste it into an email or text message and send it to the family members you want to invite to your family group.
Option 2: Let FamConnections send an invitation via email
5. To allow FamConnections to send an invitation via email, select the option under the FamConnections Sends an Invitation via Email section. The detail fields will then appear and be ready for entry.
6. In the Enter Their Details section, enter the invitee’s first name, last name, and email address. As an optional step, you may also add a mobile number.
7. In the Add them to a family group section, select a family group.
8. Click "Send Invitation." The invitee will receive an email indicating that you’ve invited them to join the private family group. The email will include a link they can click to sign up on the platform and join the group.
