NB: You can only Edit a reunion if you are
1- The Creator of the reunion
2- An organizer of the reunion
To Edit a Reunion
Select the Reunion from the Menu on the left side OR
1- Select the All Reunions button on the left side menu - this will open a page with a list of all the reunions the following tabs

2 - Select the My Reunions Tab, this will open the list of all reunions you have created or are an organizer/co-organizer of.
This section is grouped in 2:
Upcoming Reunions and
Past Reunions
3 - Select the Reunion you would like to edit. This will open the Overview Page of the reunion. Select/Click on the 3 dots on the far right side of the screen, above the Finances box - it should open a popup box with the following :

+ Add more Invitees
Cancel Reunion
4 - Select the Edit Reunion Option. This should open the reunion, starting from the Basic info page.
Edit the necessary information and press Next to move to the next page/tab or Save and Close if editing only a specific page/tab.
You can also select the specific tab or page you want to edit by clicking on the name at the top - e.g. Location, Activities, Fees, Budget, Invitees, etc.
NB: Changes will not be saved if you close the browser without saving.
All Fees can not be edited after a reunion is published, this includes activity fees and reunion fees.
5 - Save and Close to save your changes and update your reunion. You will be redirected to the Reunion Overview Page, emails with the updated information will be sent to the invitees for upcoming reunions only.
