Creating A Reunion

Step 1: On the left sidebar menu, click the + sign beside Reunion

Step 2: A pop-up with 2 options:

  • Create a Save The Date- still in the planning stage?

  • Create a Reunion

Step 3: Select ‘Create a reunion,’ which will open another pop-up window with 3 tabs

  • Basic Information

  • Location

  • Invitees

Step 4: Fill in the information

  • Reunion Cover Photo- Optional

  • Reunion title- Mandatory

  • Start and End date and time- This can be selected from the calendar pop-up. This is mandatory.

  • Add RSVP deadline- mandatory

  • Enter Reunion description, notes, and additional info if any- Optional

  • Click next to move to the Location tab

Step 5: Add location details

There are two ways to input location details for a reunion

  • Search for the location on the map using the search box- Optional OR

  • Manually select Country, State and input City in the text boxes provided- Mandatory

  • Click next to enter Hotel/ Lodging details

Step 6: Add hotel and lodging details in available text fields where applicable- Optional

  • Click next to add activities if applicable

Step 7: Add activities planned if any and their prices

  • Click the + to add an activity

  • Add a photo for the activity- Optional

  • Enter Activity name- Mandatory

  • Enter Activity start and end date and time- Mandatory

  • Add activity description- Optional

  • Add Activity venue name/ house owner- Mandatory

  • Enter Street Address, City, and State in the text boxes provided- Mandatory

  • If the activity comes at a cost select yes and add fees according to the age tiers provided, if not select No

  • Select the appropriate attire option- Black tie, White tie, Casual, Formal, Cocktail, Dressy Resort, Festive, Lounge

  • Add notes- Optional

  • Assign a host to each activity if applicable- Optional

  • Additional settings: Check the box if the activity is for family members only. Check the box If the activity is restricted to some age groups

  • Click Save

Step 8: Add fees for the reunion if any

  • Select fee type if for the family unit or per person

  • Add PayPal email to receive the funds

Step 9: Add budget for the entire reunion- Optional

Click next to proceed

Step 10: Add Reunion Organizers- If there are other organizers from your family groups, start by typing their names in the field to select- Optional

Step 11: Reunion invitees

  • There are two pools of invitees- Family Members and Guests

  • Select invitees from a family group or select invitees individually if outside family groups

Step 12: If you’re sure about all the details of the reunion, click SEND

  • Once the reunion is successfully sent, the page will redirect to the Reunion overview page with all the details inputted.
