How can I create a To-Do list for my reunion?

The To-Do list allows for tasks to be created in an organized manner that is assigned to family managers.

This feature is accessible only to the Reunion Organizer or a family member assigned to host a reunion activity.

The To-Do list allows for tasks to be created in an organized manner and assigned to family managers. Using the to-do list option drop-down menu, the administrative user can create and assign tasks to be completed by specific times with descriptions, in which other administrative users can receive notifications and log onto the app to view the task or confirm that they have completed the task.

  • On the left side menu, select the reunion for which you would like to add a to-do list. (You must be a reunion organizer)

  • The to-do list is on the upper left of the dashboard

  • You can add items directly from the dashboard by clicking + New Task, or you can go to the to-do list detailed page by pressing "All List"
